Friend,
I just wanted to give you an update on the progress our campaign has made over the past two weeks and thank you for your support as we take our message directly to residents. Every dollar you give, door you knock on, and campaign activity you participate in will help us fight back against the special interests that are propping up the current administration.

Earlier this week, I was pleased to have released the first of many detailed policy proposals on how we’re going to transform Town Hall for the better. With public safety being an issue that so many residents have voiced concerns to me as I go door to door, I thought it important that this be the first one we release. My comprehensive plan to prioritize pedestrian safety, enhance traffic enforcement, and restore transparency and accountability within our Parsippany Police Department (PPD) was well received and was created with the help of current and retired officers in the county, some of which are current or retired members in the PPD.
This administration reacted to our proposal to make real change to better our town as it usually does, by releasing a negative text blast attacking my family. This just goes to show the real desperation that the Barberio/Inglesino administration is feeling when it comes to this campaign. I’m proud that our campaign isn’t resorting to dirty tricks like these and is centered on the issues that matter to residents.

Our campaign also held a meet and greet on Friday at Jefry’s Pizza where over 30 residents showed their support. My heartfelt thanks to everybody who attended, and I look forward to talking with you all over the next three months. If you missed it, don’t worry – we’ll be hosting many more!

I also held another round of my office hours this past Saturday, with what was probably the highest turnout we’ve ever seen. I appreciate the opportunity to help resolve long outstanding issues with Town Hall through these events and look forward to continuing to hold them even after I’m elected. Responsiveness is key to good constituent services and the current state of affairs in town hall has left many residents feeling left behind or ignored. This can’t continue. As Mayor, ensuring every resident request is answered quickly will be a priority for me.
And most importantly, I’ve been hitting the ground hard going door to door to take my message directly to taxpayers in town. I believe this is the single most important thing that we can do to win this election. But I can’t do it without your help. If you’re able, consider joining our campaign for one of our many canvassing opportunities, where you can help by going door to door and identifying and talking to voters. Please contact our Field Director, Emily, at emily@musellaformayor.com to get started!

I’ll see you on the campaign trail!
